Our bespoke development work on this project centred around achieving internal process improvements and efficiencies by developing a web application to enable the business to move to a more accessible, user-friendly, efficient and slick solution for Sportradar’s commercial team.
The project team worked closely with Sportradar’s team to ensure that requirements were accurately captured and translated into a tool that would meet their needs and be consistent with the brand moving forwards. We utilised the framework of the original solution to develop Sportradar a web application that leveraged a formula conversion library to map endpoints which was extensively tested for functionality and usability prior to launch.
The final solution has delivered on its promises. It’s easily accessible through the company intranet, its real-time calculations provide accurate up-to-date information improving efficiencies and the working lives of those using it.
The web application has enabled processes to be streamlined and adopted across the Sportradar team in an easy and optimal way. This has resulted in better informed decisions being made in a more consistent way, achieving the revenue optimisation desired.
