Digital Marmalade contacted us to augment their resources with a team that could support them in delivering a cross-platform mobile app using Flutter. The high profile mobile app would be distributed via the App Store and Play Store to provide games to subscribers.
Our flexible Augmented Teams service was the ideal solution to Digital Marmalade’s resource issues helping plug their programming and knowledge gaps whilst being a proactive voice within the project. We quickly integrated a team of Mobile Developers at varying levels of seniority, who we were able to scale up and down in line with the project requirements and timelines.
The solution was built using Flutter, our preferred cross-platform mobile development technology. Additionally, Google Firebase’s realtime database technology was used, as well as Adobe Analytics and Testflight for beta app distribution alongside Google’s Play Store equivalent.
The app met all of the client’s expectations and was delivered on-time and on-budget. We continue to work in partnership with Digital Marmalade as the app continues to evolve with a roadmap of further development.
