2026 begins from a position of strength for Pretty Technical. The work delivered throughout 2025 created a solid foundation across our products, our team and our partnerships, and it gives us both the clarity and momentum we need for the year ahead.
Last year we saw meaningful progress across Mikado Real Money, Hiro and Mikado Sweeps. Our PAM, Mikado, passed 50 live sites, our casino management product, Hiro, entered the market with encouraging early adoption, and we delivered several significant bespoke projects including Domino Spain (our data vault). These milestones matter because they show consistency in delivery and depth in capability across different market needs.
We also continued to considerately grow the team. Strengthening engineering, product and delivery functions has been a priority, and it is reflected in the stability and pace we achieved in 2025. Our culture remains one of our strongest assets. We operate as a globally distributed team but with alignment, ownership and shared focus. That alignment is essential as we move into the next phase of growth.
2026 is about building forward. Our priority is to continue enhancing Mikado and Hiro with stability, performance and long term value in mind. Operators want more control, and our platforms exist to make that possible in a practical and sustainable way. We are refining how we support phased ownership so operators can take control at the pace that is right for them, whether that means starting with Hiro, stepping into platform ownership with Mikado or preparing to bring their technology fully in-house over time.
We are also expanding our partner network thoughtfully. The aim is to create more flexibility and more choice for operators, supported by technology and collaboration that enables long term resilience rather than dependency.
The industry will continue to evolve this year. Regulation, commercial models and expectations are all shifting. Our focus is to stay ahead of those changes and keep building technology that supports operators through opportunities and challenges. We are not trying to be everything to everyone. We are committed to being a reliable, capable and transparent partner for operators who want to take control of their technology and build with confidence.
There is a lot to deliver in 2026, and we are prepared for it. The direction is clear and the momentum is there. We look forward to working with our clients and partners as the year unfolds.
