Production Executive

We are now looking for a talented Production Executive to work with the wider management team and our clients across all projects and day-to-day planning to help us really capitalise on this early success.

Launched in February 2020, Pretty Technical is the newest business within the Rokker Network. The company designs, builds and operates products and platforms for the finance and regulated gaming industries. Built with a remote-first mentality our workforce is global, although our early client base is in the European market. We have secured a range of exciting projects for 2021 and beyond, and have a roadmap of our own IP we are developing alongside.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Alongside our in-house product management function, assist with scoping and managing
  • projects based on timeframes and objectives, supporting other members of the team
  • with costings and proposals as required
  • Support the communication between in-house teams and clients
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to help interrogate and build concise briefs
  • for third parties to work with
  • Build and maintain project plans with key milestones for every project
  • Contribute to the end-to-end production of owned projects, working with wider team to
  • manage schedule and resource, including timesheet management and reporting
  • Delivery of updates and products to the client/management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience delivering technical software projects within an Agile, fast paced and dynamic software development environment
  • Good all-round knowledge of software development and related technologies and practices
  • Able to work autonomously with a can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Able to handle multiple complex workstreams in an organised, structured manner
  • Able to “speak the language” technically
  • Creative, innovative, and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
  • Excellent communications skills – must be confident with video calls and leading conversations where necessary

As we have a globally distributed development team in Spanish-speaking territories a knowledge of conversational Spanish would be an advantage but not essential.

It is important to note that due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, our team are currently following Government advice and working remotely rather than from our offices. Therefore, interviews for this role will be conducted remotely via video call and we expect that this role will also be based remotely until Government advice changes. We are continuing to monitor the situation as it develops and follow the latest advice from the Government on returning to office-based routines in the coming weeks/months.
